When you send a message or place an order, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone if you give one, the photographs you asked for, and any notes. We use them to reply and to deliver the files you bought.
Contact messages go to Basin, our form-processing provider, so Basin receives that information for us. Card payments are processed by Stripe on Bob's connected account. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a form.
Google Maps is optional. It is not loaded unless you choose to allow optional content and then ask to show a map. Your allow or reject preference is stored only in this browser's local storage so the site can remember your choice.
